The UK is preparing for a second lockdown, possibly similar to that of France. Yet while we witness the military assisting with carrying out testing and the administering of the eventual vaccine, are we being prepared for martial law in a more severe lockdown than that of the first? The Great Reset is on its way and will be implemented in the coming months, but what does it offer? Will it be the saviour it claims to be and establish an all-embracing global utopia?  

Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano recently wrote another open letter, to President Trump urging him to resist and not to follow the plans of the ‘Great Reset’. Vigano commenced his letter to President Trump by stating:

Allow me to address you at this hour in which the fate of the whole world is being threatened by a global conspiracy against God and humanity. I write to you as an Archbishop, as a Successor of the Apostles, as the former Apostolic Nuncio to the United States of America. I am writing to you in the midst of the silence of both civil and religious authorities. May you accept these words of mine as the “voice of one crying out in the desert” (Jn 1:23).[1]

Now, I would not have thought the former US head of the Roman Catholic Church would believe in conspiracy theories. Rather I would expect him to speak from facts and from the point of insight and knowledge. Therefore, when he states, “the whole world is being threatened by a global conspiracy against God and humanity”, what is he referring to? We see a clue in the scripture he uses from John 1:23, a voice crying in the wilderness. This is a reference to Elijah who would come and prepare the way for the Lord and who will do so during the later days; therefore, is he saying the Great Reset is one that will see the establishment of the Beast system? Vigano in his letter draws parallels with evil, Lucifer, the Beast system and the Great Reset, and the New World Order, asserting that the enemy he and Trump face are the same, an evil enemy who comes to kill and rob,[2]  but is it? Is not the Great Reset going to be positive – good?

Vigano continues in his letter outlining what he means by the global conspiracy that threatens humanity, stating:

A global plan called the Great Reset is underway. Its architect is a global elite that wants to subdue all of humanity, imposing coercive measures with which to drastically limit individual freedoms and those of entire populations. In several nations this plan has already been approved and financed; in others, it is still in an early stage. Behind the world leaders who are the accomplices and executors of this infernal project, there are unscrupulous characters who finance the World Economic Forum and Event 201, promoting their agenda.[3]

Here we read how Vigano is warning President Trump concerning the perils of the Great Reset, that is being enacted by a global elite, pose to both God and humanity. Vigano insightfully alleges that the global elite seek through the Great reset to subdue and restrict the freedoms of all humanity.  Yet, one must ask, is there any truth in what Vigano states?

We find similar concerns raised in a recent, unverified, leaked email from a Canadian politician that states similar claims, outlining a roadmap for implementing the Great Reset in Canada which states:

1. Phase in secondary lockdown restrictions on a rolling basis, starting with major metropolitan areas first and expanding outward. Expected by November 2020.
2. Rush the acquisition of (or construction of) isolation facilities across every province and territory. Expected by December 2020.
3. Daily new cases of COVID-19 will surge beyond capacity of testing, including increases in COVID related deaths following the same growth curves. Expected by end of November 2020.
4. Complete and total secondary lock down (much stricter than the first and second rolling phase restrictions). Expected by end of December 2020 – early January 2021
5. Reform and expansion of the unemployment program to be transitioned into the universal basic income program. Expected by Q1 2021.
6. Projected COVID-19 mutation and/or co-infection with secondary virus (referred to as COVID-21) leading to a third wave with much higher mortality rate and higher rate of infection. Expected by February 2021.
7. Daily new cases of COVID-21 hospitalizations and COVID-19 and COVID-21 related deaths will exceed medical care facilities capacity. Expected Q1 – Q2 2021.
8. Enhanced lock down restrictions (referred to as Third Lock Down) will be implemented. Full travel restrictions will be imposed (including inter-province and inter-city). Expected Q2 2021.
9. Transitioning of individuals into the universal basic income program. Expected mid Q2 2021.
10. Projected supply chain break downs, inventory shortages, large economic instability. Expected late Q2 2021.
11. Deployment of military personnel into major metropolitan areas as well as all major roadways to establish travel checkpoints. Restrict travel and movement. Provide logistical support to the area. Expected by Q3 2021.[4]

 We see that the leaked email states that the plan will commence with the second phase of lockdowns beginning in November 2020. As I write this, Ireland, France and Germany, are already in a second lockdown, and the UK is preparing to go into one as of Thursday 5^th November 2020,[5] and other countries have implemented partial lockdowns.[6] Is this why the UK is heading into a second lockdown, even when the medical evidence is inconclusive and does not support such measures?[7] Moreover, the government’s statistics used to justify the second lockdown seem to have been inflated to justify the new lockdown. The data set used in the analyses uses a 60 day period instead of the standard 28 days, which would give a higher rate of positive cases, but why do so?[8] Are nations following a plan, one that will see a dystopic future, implemented through the Great Reset? Archbishop Vigano believes so. He states further in his letter to President Trump:

The purpose of the Great Reset is the imposition of a health dictatorship aiming at the imposition of liberticidal measures, hidden behind tempting promises of ensuring a universal income and cancelling individual debt. The price of these concessions from the International Monetary Fund will be the renunciation of private property and adherence to a program of vaccination against Covid-19 and Covid-21 promoted by Bill Gates with the collaboration of the main pharmaceutical groups. Beyond the enormous economic interests that motivate the promoters of the Great Reset, the imposition of the vaccination will be accompanied by the requirement of a health passport and a digital ID, with the consequent contact tracing of the population of the entire world. Those who do not accept these measures will be confined in detention camps or placed under house arrest, and all their assets will be confiscated.[9] 

In the above excerpt, Vigano asserts that the Great Reset will usher in a health dictatorship, one that will see those who reject the ‘new norm’ being detained in camps or under house arrest and have their assets confiscated. Yet, while this seems conspiratorial, it does correlate with what the plan outlined within the leaked email which goes on to state:

We were told it was in the individual’s best interest to participate…And that over a short period of time as more Canadians transitioned into the debt forgiveness program, the ones who refused to participate would be deemed a public safety risk and would be relocated into isolation facilities. Once in those facilities they would be given two options: participate in the debt forgiveness program and be released, or stay indefinitely in the isolation facility under the classification of a serious public health risk and have all their assets seized.[10]

The email implies, as does Vigano, that those who resist will be placed in detention facilities indefinably and have their assets seized. However, those who comply and take the vaccine – be good global citizens, will have their debts wiped.

The federal government will offer to eliminate all personal debts (mortgages, loans, credit cards, etc) which all funding will be provided to Canada by the IMF under what will become known as the World Debt Reset program. In exchange for acceptance of this total debt forgiveness the individual would forfeit ownership of any and all property and assets forever. The individual would also have to agree to partake in the COVID-19 and COVID-21 vaccination schedule, which would provide the individual with unrestricted travel and unrestricted living even under a full lock down (through the use of photo identification referred to as Canada’s HealthPass).[11]

Is the question, do you still think this to be a mere conspiracy? Do you think the government coronavirus measures are benign? Vigano states regarding this:

Until a few months ago, it was easy to smear as “conspiracy theorists” those who denounced these terrible plans, which we now see being carried out down to the smallest detail. No one, up until last February, would ever have thought that, in all of our cities, citizens would be arrested simply for wanting to walk down the street, to breathe, to want to keep their business open, to want to go to church on Sunday. Yet now it is happening all over the world.[12]

While the email from the Canadian politician is unverified, there is evidence that such measures are taking place. Randy Hillier, a Canadian MP, posed the question to the PM in the Canadian parliament, asking if he should inform his constituents of the possibility of internment camps in Canada? He posed the question due to the government posting a call for expressions of interest for contractors to supply, provide and manage quarantine isolation camps throughout Canada. However, these camps are not just for Covid, but for a wide section of people, allowing for people to be detained.[13] Is there any truth in this? Does the video provide further proof of the pending internment of those who reject the coming Great Reset? Is there any truth in any of the claims made in the email?

Step five of the plan asserts that the Canadian government will need to reform and expand the unemployment program to facilitate the transitioned into the universal basic income program, expected by Q1 2021. Step nine further outlines this, asserting that the transition of individuals into the universal basic income program is forecasted to transpire during the middle of Q2 2021. Is this mere conspiracy or is there any substance to this? Moreover, could we see this in the UK if this is a global agenda?

The implementation of a universal income is something the UK government debated in parliament on the 13^th October 2020. It was also discussed at the Liberal Democrat’s annual conference in September 2020 and debated on the 30^th September 2020 by the Welsh Assembly. [14] Furthermore, due to the mass unemployment brought about by the pandemic, a cross-party group of MPs are petitioning the UK government to allow councils to pilot a universal basic income.[15] Is this move part of the Great Reset plan? There is no doubt that the universal basic credit, is part of the Great Reset, as the World Economic Forum stated back in April 2020 that “universal basic income is the answer to the inequalities exposed by COVID-19”.[16] Moreover, the World Economic Forum (WEF) stated regarding universal basic income in April 2020:

Countries like the United States and Canada are already making such plans. Alaska, in fact, has been making annual UBI-type payments, to every state resident, for decades. Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau pledged CAD$2,000 a month, for the next four months, to workers who have lost income due to the pandemic – a short-term form of UBI. Now we need to expand it and make it work in the long-term, and we can.[17]

Thus, in light of the above statement by the WEF, is there any credence in what the leaked email states will transpire in the forthcoming months? Is the Great Reset utopic vision illusive, but in reality, a dystopic nightmare just as Vigano outlines?

The reality is the rise of the antichrist, and the Beast system is taking place before our eyes. However, the sad truth is that people are asleep, as they sleepwalk to the tune of the government’s piper. Vigano understood this when he comments in his letter to President Trump, that he was a voice crying out in the wilderness. So, have people learnt the lessons from the first lockdown? Have you heeded the warnings I and others have been making to encourage people to prepare for a dark winter and further lockdowns?

It saddens me to see people walking willingly into slavery because they fail to grasp the severity of the situation we find ourselves. As a ministry, we have sounded the alarm for many years, and personally even longer, yet people still reject the truth and accept the lies they are told.

I hope the email is false. I hope the dystopic future archbishop Vigano warns Trump about does not materialise. However, there is too much evidence to support the reality that what they outline is coming to pass. Therefore, if what they warn is true, what should our response be? How can we prepare?

The answers are found within scripture, as God has already warned us of what will take place during this period. The Bible refers to it as the Great Tribulation or Jacob’s Trouble, but the sad reality is that many Christians do not understand the Biblical aspects of what will transpire. They fail to comprehend, like many other people, the brevity of the days we live or how they can be secure. The answer is not found in a pre-tribulation rapture which many Christians have pinned their hopes on; instead, it is found in trusting in the LORD and drawing close to Him.

The Great Reset will seek to enslave those who do not comply, for whatever reason, with the implemented measures of the reset. These people will be identified as enemies of peace and seen as a pariah upon society. They will be interned and eventually killed. Thus, I urge you to wake up! Search to find the TRUTH of what is happening. Seek God while He may be found, surrender your life to Him and prepare to go on an adventure as the LORD leads His people out into places of safety, where He will take care of you. However, those who stay, clinging to the world system, will lose not only their life, but possibly their soul also.

The question is, what do you believe in, and what are you going to do? The choice is yours, I pray you to choose life!
